82 Notification of outcome
(1) This section applies in relation to mediation conducted by a mediator
other than the principal registrar.
(2) If the parties to a proceeding agree
to settle the proceeding or a part of the proceeding at mediation, the
mediator must notify the principal registrar that the parties have agreed to
settle the dispute the subject of the proceeding or part.
(3) If a mediator
has attempted unsuccessfully to settle a proceeding by mediation, the mediator
must notify the principal registrar that the mediation was unsuccessful.
