QUEENSLAND CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL ACT 2009 - SECT 54

54 Consolidation

(1) The tribunal may direct that 2 or more proceedings concerning the same or related facts and circumstances be consolidated into 1 proceeding.

(2) The tribunal’s power to give a direction under subsection (1) is exercisable only by a legally qualified member or an adjudicator.

(3) If 2 or more proceedings (each a
"pre-consolidation proceeding" ) are consolidated under subsection (1) , evidence given in a pre-consolidation proceeding may also be given in the consolidated proceeding in relation to each of the other pre-consolidation proceedings.
