The chief executive may approve forms for limited period
277A The chief executive may approve forms for limited period
(1) The chief executive may, during the prescribed period, approve forms for
use under this Act.
(2) This section is not limited by section 241 .
(3) In
this section—
"prescribed period" means the period— (a) starting on the day this section
commences; and
(b) ending 3 months after the day section 241 commences.
