(1) The principal registrar must, for each proceeding, keep a record
containing all documents filed in the registry for the proceeding.
(2) A
party to a proceeding may, without charge, inspect the record kept for the
proceeding under subsection (1) .
(3) Another person may, on payment of the
prescribed fee (if any)—
(a) inspect a record kept under subsection (1) ; or
(b) obtain a copy of a part of a record kept under subsection (1) .
(4) This
section does not authorise, entitle or permit a person to access a part of a
record containing anything whose publication or disclosure to the person is
prohibited under a non-publication order.
