Person not to be punished twice for same conduct
221 Person not to be punished twice for same conduct
(1) If conduct of a person is both contempt of the tribunal and contempt of a
court, the person may be proceeded against for the contempt of the tribunal or
for the contempt of the court, but the person is not liable to be punished
twice for the same conduct.
(2) If conduct of a person is both contempt of
the tribunal or a court and an offence, the person may be proceeded against
for the contempt or for the offence, but the person is not liable to be
punished twice for the same conduct.
