Suspension
204 Suspension
(1) The president, with the Minister’s approval, may suspend an adjudicator
from the adjudicator’s office if the president believes there may be grounds
for the removal of the adjudicator from the adjudicator’s office.
(2) If an
adjudicator is suspended under subsection (1) , the adjudicator remains
entitled to the adjudicator’s usual remuneration and allowances during the
suspension.
