Referring matters to president
197 Referring matters to president
(1) This section applies if— (a) a matter is before an adjudicator
constituting the tribunal; and
(b) the adjudicator considers it would be more
appropriate for the matter to be decided by the tribunal as constituted by 1,
2 or 3 members.
(2) The adjudicator must refer the matter to the president.
