Resignation
187 Resignation
(1) A senior member or ordinary member may resign the member’s office by
giving the Minister a signed letter of resignation.
(2) The resignation takes
effect when the Minister receives the resignation or, if a later day is stated
in the letter of resignation, the later day stated in the letter.
