125 Publication
(1) The tribunal may publish its final decision in a proceeding, with or
without the reasons for the decision, in any way it considers appropriate.
(2) However, the tribunal must ensure the publication of its final decision,
or the reasons for its final decision, do not include something the subject of
a non-publication order if including the thing in the publication would
contravene the order.
