Referring question of law to president
117 Referring question of law to president
(1) The presiding member may refer a question of law before the tribunal to
the president.
(2) Subsection (1) applies whether or not the question has
been decided by the tribunal under section 116.
(3) If the president decides
a question of law referred to the president under subsection (1) , the
decision of the president is the tribunal’s decision on the question.
