113 Disclosure of interests
(1) This section applies if an assessor who is to help the tribunal in a
particular proceeding has or acquires an interest, financial or otherwise,
that may conflict with the proper performance of the assessor’s functions.
(2) The assessor must—
(a) disclose the nature of the interest to the
president; and
(b) not take part in the proceeding or exercise powers for it,
unless all parties to the proceeding and the president agree otherwise.
