Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Within 2 days after the authority receives a Ministers' decision notice, the authority must ensure a copy of the notice is available for public inspection.
(2) Arrangements made for subsection (1) must include ensuring a copy of the notice is gazetted, and is otherwise available for public inspection during office hours on business days at the authority's office.
