Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) For this part, a significant business activity is a business activity carried on by a government agency and declared to be a significant business activity by the Ministers by gazette notice.
(2) In making a declaration, the Ministers may have regard to government policies about the application of the principle of competitive neutrality.
