Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if the Ministers accept recommendations about pricing practices relating to a monopoly business activity that is a government business activity.
(2) The Ministers must refer the recommendations, and any qualifications on which the recommendations are accepted, to the responsible Minister for the government agency carrying on the monopoly business activity.
