QUEENSLAND BUILDING SERVICES AUTHORITY ACT 1991 - SECT 44J

(1) A permittee may surrender the permit by written notice given to the authority.

(2) The permit must accompany the notice.

(3) The surrender takes effect on the later of the following--

(a) the day the notice is given;

(b) the day specified in the notice.
