QUEENSLAND BUILDING SERVICES AUTHORITY ACT 1991 - SECT 28
28 Authority's obligation to report suspected offence
If the authority has reason to suspect that an offence resulting in loss of
money, or loss or damage to other property has been committed, the matter must
be reported to the auditor-general and the police.
