QUEENSLAND BUILDING SERVICES AUTHORITY ACT 1991 - SECT 20

20 Delegation

(1) The general manager may delegate powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified relevant officer of the authority.

(2) In this section--

appropriately qualified includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power.

a person's seniority level in an entity
