PUBLIC TRUSTEE ACT 1978 - SECT 91
91 Public trustee to manage property of certain prisoners
Except as otherwise provided in this part the public trustee shall, without
further or other order or authority, be the manager of the estate of every
prisoner to whom this part applies.
