Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsThe public trustee, acting in pursuance of any provision of this part or exercising any power conferred or carrying out any duty imposed upon the public trustee by the provisions of this part or by the court, shall not be officially or personally liable for any injury, damage, or loss sustained in relation thereto by some other person but the estate under management shall be liable therefor.
