Queensland Consolidated ActsIf, immediately prior to a time when the authority of the public trustee to manage the estate of an incapacitated person ends under section 69 or 79, there is anything within the powers of the public trustee in relation to the estate which, having been commenced by the public trustee, is not completed, then, subject to any order of the court to the contrary, that thing, if the public trustee thinks fit, may be completed by the public trustee as if the public trustee's authority still continued, and for this purpose the provisions of this Act with all necessary adaptations shall apply and extend accordingly.
