Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister, and any officer of the Minister's department authorised by the Minister in writing, shall have at all times access to all the books, accounts, documents, and papers in the Public Trust Office, and the public trustee shall at all times furnish to the Minister all such information as the Minister requires.
(2) The Auditor-General Act 2009 shall apply to the public trustee and the Public Trust Office.
