Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsWhere the public trustee wishes to sell by auction land or goods in an estate under administration and such land or goods is or are situated at a distance of more than 20km from the usual place of business of a licensed auctioneer, such land or goods may be offered for sale by auction at a time and place directed by the public trustee by a person authorised in writing by the public trustee and such person for the purpose of such auction shall not be required to take out an auctioneer's licence.
