PUBLIC SECTOR ETHICS ACT 1994 - SECT 38

38 Terms of appointment

(1) The integrity commissioner is to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council.

(2) The integrity commissioner holds office on the terms decided by the Governor in Council, to the extent the terms are not otherwise provided for by this Act.
