Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This part, other than to the extent specified in section 5A.21A, applies only to a member of the service (relevant member) who is--
(a) an officer; or
(b) a staff member whose duties include performing functions in a critical area; or
(c) a watch-house officer; or
(d) a police radio and electronics technician; or
(e) a recruit.
(2) However, if the critical area mentioned in subsection (1) is a driver training facility, this part applies only to a staff member who is a driver, instructor or mechanic at the facility.
