POLICE SERVICE ADMINISTRATION ACT 1990 - SECT 5.15

An officer, other than one who holds appointment on a contract basis, is taken--

(a) to be an employee of the Crown; and

(b) to be within the application of the Industrial Relations Act 1999 to employees of the Crown as provided by that Act.
