POLICE SERVICE ADMINISTRATION ACT 1990 - SECT 2.5A

2.5A Officers etc. employed under this Act

The following persons are to be employed under this Act, and not under the Public Service Act 1996--

(a) a police officer, police recruit or special constable; or
(b) a staff member mentioned in section 8.3(5).
