Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Queensland Police Service consists of police officers, police recruits and staff members.
(2) Police officers are--
(a) the commissioner of the police service;
(b) the persons holding appointment as an executive police officer;
(c) the persons holding appointment as a commissioned police officer;
(d) the persons holding appointment as a noncommissioned police officer;
(e) the persons holding appointment as a constable.
