Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Speaker must pay the amounts that, under the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Act 1990, are payable by a unit of the State public sector for the officers and employees in the parliamentary service.
(2) Contributions required by law to be paid by the Speaker in respect of any superannuation scheme shall be paid by the Speaker.
