Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Clerk, officers of and employees in the parliamentary service shall be paid such remuneration and allowances and shall be employed on such terms and conditions of service as may from time to time subject to any applicable industrial award or industrial agreement be determined by the Speaker.
(3) Officers of and employees in the parliamentary service are not officers of the public service.
