46 Power of entry and inspection
(1) For the administration and enforcement of this Act, an authorised officer
is entitled to full and free access, at all reasonable times after giving the
public authority reasonable notice of the intended access, to all
public records in a public authority’s possession.
(2) Without limiting
subsection (1) , an authorised officer may—
(a) enter a public authority’s
premises; and
(b) examine the public authority’s procedures for the making,
management, keeping and preservation of its public records; and
