Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a motorbike has been impounded because a police officer reasonably suspects the driver of the motorbike has committed a motorbike noise direction offence.
(2) The impounding notice must state--
(a) that the motorbike is impounded for the initial impoundment period; and
(b) the prescribed impoundment information; and
(c) that an application will be made to the relevant court for a noise abatement order within 48 hours after the end of the impoundment period.
