POLICE POWERS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ACT 2000 - SECT 159

159 Application of pt 2

This part applies only in relation to the following offences (a
"part 2 offence" )—

(a) an indictable offence;

(b) an offence involving gaming or betting;

(c) an offence against any of the following Acts—

• Confiscation Act

†¢ Explosives Act 1999

†¢ Nature Conservation Act 1992

†¢ Weapons Act 1990 ;

(d) an offence against the Liquor Act 1992 , section 168B or 168C .
