13 Voting

At a meeting of the Assembly or a Committee of the Whole House--

(a) a question is decided by a majority of the members present and voting; and

(b) the Speaker or Chairperson of Committees presiding--

(i) has no deliberative vote; but

(ii) if the votes are equal, has the casting vote.
