(2) An instrument revoking a power
of attorney may be registered.
(3) Subject to another Act or a contrary
intention in the power of attorney, if the power of attorney has been
registered under an Act, it does not cease to authorise the attorney to do for
the principal anything relevant to the purpose for which it was registered
until an instrument revoking the power of attorney has been registered.

This section also applies to a power of attorney made before the commencement
of this Act.
