108 Powers extend to powers of attorney made otherwise than under this Act
(1) The court’s powers under this Act are not limited to general powers of
attorney made under this Act and enduring documents.
(2) The court’s powers
under this Act extend to powers of attorney made otherwise than under this
Act, whether made before or after its commencement.
