PROPERTY OCCUPATIONS ACT 2014 - SECT 239

239 Existing licences

(1) This section applies to a person who immediately before the commencement held an existing licence.

(2) If the person is the holder of an existing licence of a kind mentioned in column 1 of the following table, the person is taken to be the holder of the licence or licences (each a
"transitioned licence" ) mentioned in column 2 of the table.
