PROPERTY LAW ACT 1974 - SECT 267

267 Meaning of publish

(1) A person
"publishes" something if the person publishes the thing or causes the thing to be published to the public or a section of the public, including, for example—

(a) in a newspaper, periodical or circular; or

(b) through radio or television; or

(c) by another form of communication, including, for example, telephone, fax or computer.

(2) In subsection (1) —


"section of the public" includes an individual.
