A covenant or undertaking whether now or in the future entered into to produce to any purchaser, lessee or mortgagee of land or the person’s assigns any deed of or relating to such land shall be satisfied by a deposit of the deed permanently in the land registry and the registrar shall give a receipt for and keep in the land registry a list of all deeds so deposited and shall permit any person on payment of the relevant titles registry fees to inspect and obtain copies of every such deed.
