Deeds to take effect according to priority of registration246 Deeds to take effect according to priority of registration
All deeds and other instruments (wills excepted) affecting land or any interest in the land which shall be executed or made bona fide and for valuable consideration and which shall be duly registered under this division shall have and take priority not according to their respective dates but according to the priority of the registration of the land only.
