52 Further information or document to support application for renewal
(1) The chief health officer may, by written notice given to the licensee,
require the licensee to give the chief health officer, within the reasonable
time stated in the notice (but not less than 30 days), further information or
a document about the application.
(2) The information mentioned in subsection
(1) must, if the notice requires, be verified by a statutory declaration.
(3)
The requirement may only relate to information or a document that is necessary
and reasonable to help the chief health officer decide the application.
(4)
If the licensee fails to comply with the requirement within the stated time,
the licensee is taken to have withdrawn the application.
