Power to enter place under approved inspection program
389 Power to enter place under approved inspection program
(1) This section applies if there is an approved inspection program for a
place.
(2) An authorised person may, at reasonable times, enter the place for
the inspection program.
(3) Subsection (2) does not allow entry to a building
or other structure without the occupier’s consent.
(4) The procedure for
entry under this section is set out under section 392 .
