PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS ACT 2002 - SECT 61

(1) Until a seized document is returned, the board or investigator must allow its owner to inspect or copy it.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply if it would be unreasonable to allow the inspection or copying.
