PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS ACT 2002 - SECT 48

48 Appointment and qualifications

(1) The board may appoint a person as an investigator.

(2) The person must be an individual who is not a board member.

(3) However, the board may appoint a person as an investigator only if the board is satisfied the person has the necessary expertise or experience.
