Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A person who is aggrieved by a registered professional engineer's conduct in carrying out professional engineering services, whether before or after the commencement of this Act, may make a complaint about the conduct to the board.
(2) A complaint must be in the approved form.
(3) The chairperson must keep available for inspection, at the board's office by members of the public, information about--
(a) the type of conduct the board considers may give rise to a complaint; and
(b) how a person may make a complaint.
