Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Action may be taken under this part in relation to a person who was a registered professional engineer at the time the conduct of the person that is relevant for this part happened even though the person is no longer a registered professional engineer.
(2) For the purpose of taking action under this part, the person mentioned in subsection (1) is taken to be a registered professional engineer.
(3) This section does not limit, but may extend, the operation of the other provisions of this part.
