Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A registered professional engineer may, by notice given to the board, surrender the engineer's registration.
(2) The surrender takes effect on the later of the following--
(a) the end of 7 days after the day the notice is given;
(b) a day stated in the notice for the surrender.
