Queensland Consolidated ActsA court or proper officer of the court that makes a fine option order for an offender must--
(a) immediately reduce the order to writing in the approved form; and
(b) give a copy of the order to the offender; and
(c) give to the chief executive (corrective services)--
(i) a copy of the order; and
(ii) a copy of the original order to which the order relates; and
(iii) details of the offence for which the original order was made.
