PENALTIES AND SENTENCES ACT 1992 - SECT 6
6 Application to children and certain courts
This Act does not apply to--
(a) a child within the meaning of the
Juvenile Justice Act 1992; or
(b) a Childrens Court;
except to the extent
allowed by the Juvenile Justice Act 1992.
