PENALTIES AND SENTENCES ACT 1992 - SECT 50

If a court fines an offender, it may order that--

(a) the fine be paid by instalments; or

(b) the proper officer give, under the State Penalties Enforcement Act 1999, section 34, particulars of the fine to SPER for registration under that section.
