PENALTIES AND SENTENCES ACT 1992 - SECT 37
37 Limit on imprisonment under s 36(2)
Imprisonment ordered under section 36(2) must not be longer than--
(a) if the
order is made on indictment--1 year; or
(b) if the order is made on summary
conviction--6 months.
